The new script now asks if the caller is the insured or a third-party and then goes on to ask for the policy number, date of loss and date of birth before even getting to a CSR.

It is still incredible that in 2014, glass shops and the insured have to endure 10+ minute three-way calls to simply repair or replace automotive glass.

Now the real question is, was the CSR really with Farmers or was it Safelite Solutions?
